Treasurer report by Jay Wendt.
All unit dues collection paid to current.
Septic Pump status
- The south side septic pump warning light was noticed to be on in mid January.
- An electrician was immediately called and was able to manually operate the pump but it would not kick on automatically.
- The determiniation was that the electric motor had burned out and was unrepairable. The motor was replaced at a cost of $6,265.
- The monies for this came from our maintenance account.
Audit of Books
- At the last Board meeting Jay suggested and there was unanomous agreement that the financial books of the association should be annually.
- Jay recommended that the time to do this is after this years taxes are filed.
- All agreed.
2000 Maintenance Projects
The following projects were submitted for review and approved:
- Resealing driveway
- Repaint building number 6
- Repaint those garage doors not painted last year
- Spraying fruit trees in May or June
- Spider spray for all buildings
Spring Cleanup Memorial Day Weekend
Bob Holdreith agreed to coordinate this years spring cleanup weekend. As we did last year, we will plan on having a hot dog lunch afterwards.
