Call to order

Meeting called to order by Bob Holdreith at 9:05am.

Minutes from the last meeting accepted as published.

Maintenance items:
1. Bob Holdreith said that the Memorial weekend cleanup was to start at 9:30 today and that co-owners were notified via fliers mailed out by Mr. Holdreith to meet in the parking lot at 9:30 am Saturday May 26th.

2. Jerry Gossett stated that he had received a quote that Dean Nations obtained from Mathews Builders for the replacement of the entry doors and sidelights on building #6.

• The quote was for a $6,260 for four units, unpainted.
• Mr. Holdreith suggested we have Gordy’s Custom Painting paint the entry doors.
• Mr. Gossett agreed and Jay seconded the motion.
• Mr. Gossett agreed to contact Gordy for a quote and Mathews Builders for a schedule.
  • Gordy gave us a quote for $129.00 for all four entries.
  • Mathews Builders said his schedule will be determined by when the manufacturer can deliver the doors.
• Mr. Gossett motioned that we accept the $6,260 quote, Mr. Holdreith seconded and all members present agreed.

4. Kirk reported that Phil Masser was unsuccessful in contacting the person that sprayed for spiders last year as well as the tree spraying service we used last year.

• Jerry Gossett offered to try to contact the spider control service and to ask Chem-Lawn for a quote to spray our trees.

5. Gordy from Gordy’s Custom Painting arrived at 9:30 and the board reviewed his quote and asked some pertinent questions regarding the tint of the stain, the removal of the deck furniture and scheduling.

• Jay Wendt asked Gordy when the project could be started and completed.
  • Gordy suggested the week of June 7th. He mentioned that the weather will determine when the project will be started and completed. The board agreed to that schedule and gave Gordy a check for $1,500 to start the project.
• Jay Wendt suggested that we send out a notice to all owners reminding them to remove all items from decks and patios that would, in the way, interfere with the work being done.
