In the event that any of the terms, provisions, or covenants of the Condominium Documents are held to be partially or wholly invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, such holding shall not affect, alter, modify or impair in any manner whatsoever, any of the other terms, provisions or covenants of such documents or the remaining porlions of any terms, provisions or covenants held to be partially invalid or unenforceable.
