Call to order

The meeting was called to order by Bob Holdreith at 10:10am. The location for this years meeting was the Oscoda Yacht Club.

Bob Adams took the roll call of owners present. There were 17 units present. Leo Barger presented one proxy representing Connie Barber. These 18 units represented a quorum of owners.

Presidents' Report to the owners
presented by Bob Holdreith, Association President:

Bob summarized the maintenance items completed during the past year:

1. The trees along the parking area were sprayed once.
2. All building were sprayed for spiders twice -- one in the spring and one again in late summer.
3. The sprinkler system now appears to be working as we would all like. Several zone values were found to be stuck open and have been fixed. We now have a new map of the system.
4. All decks were stained.
5. A maintenance shed was purchased and installed on the south lot line. We will no longer need to store tools, light bulbs, paint, stain, shingles, and other material in owner garages. This will make it easier to get to those things.
6. The cracks in the drive way will be resealed this Fall.

Treasurers' Report
presented by Kirk Stevens, Association Treasurer:

1. Kirk passed out copies of the financial summary. He also discussed how our monthly dues compare to other associations.
2. Our current dues have remained the same since 1997. The board has agreed that current dues cover all current expenses and Kirk does not forsee the need for an increase in the coming year.
3. Kirk closed by thanking the owners for consistently paying their association dues on time.

Elections of Officers for 2001-2003 Term
process administered by Bob Adams, Association Secretary

1. Four board positions have expired: Kirk Stevens (current Treasurer), Bob Holdreith (current President), Phil Masser, and Jerry Gossett.
2. Phil Masser has announced that he will not accept renomination.
3. Bob Adams asked for nominations from the owners present. The following nominations were offered and accepted: George Codd, Lew Koppitch, Jerry Gossett, Sam Mariani, Kirk Stevens and Bob Holdreith.
4. Owners present were asked to vote for four of these nominees. Voting was done by secret ballot, one ballot per unit present or proxy, and tallied by non-board volunteers.
5. As a result of this election process the following nominees were elected to the two year term 2001-2003: George Codd, Jerry Gossett, Kirk Stevens, and Bob Holdreith.
