Board Minutes of September, 2001
post-annual meeting

 

Call to order

The meeting was called to order by Bob Holdreith at 12:15am as a post meeting to the just adjourned annual meeting. The purpose of this meeting was to elect officers for the 2001-2002 year.

Board Members present:

 Jerry Gossett
Bob Holdreith
Kirk Stevens
Jay Wendt
Bob Adams
George Codd
Dean Nations
Board Members absent none

Election of Officers:
Dean motioned to retain the officers from 2000-2001. Those officers were:

  • Bob Holdreith - President
  • Jay Wendt - Vice President
  • Kirk Stevens - Treasurer
  • Bob Adams - Secretary

There were no objections - motioned passed unanimously.

Committee Assignments:

The board voted to keep the two standing committees. Member assignments were agreed to:

  • Maintenance Committee - Dean Nation, chair. Members are George Codd and Bob Adams
  • Finance Committe - Kirk Stevens, chair. Members are Jay Wendt and Jerry Gossett.
