WATER LEVELS OF THE GREAT LAKES All the Great Lakes except Lake Superior are in their seasonal declines. The Lakes Michigan-Huron water level is 2 feet below average, 3 inches below this time last year, and is anticipated to gradually decline another 3 inches through September.
