I have posted the minutes of the Board Meeting of August 4, 2001.

As an added reminder -- our annual owners meeting is scheduled for Saturday, September 1 beginning at 10:00am at the Oscoda Yacht Club. At this meeting the board will review the past year and seek nominations for election to the board to fill four seats. Please make every effort to attend.

Our Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2001 beginning at 10:00am at the Oscoda Yacht Club. Among other agenda items will be the election of four board members. Current board members whose term expire this year are: Bob Holdrieth (#4), Phil Masser (#13), Kirk Stevens (#8), and Jerry Gossett (#29). It is important that a quorum be present to conduct the business of this meeting. Please make every effort to be there.
