WATER LEVELS OF THE GREAT LAKES All the Great Lakes except Lake Superior are in their seasonal declines. The Lakes Michigan-Huron water level is 2 feet below average, 3 inches below this time last year, and is anticipated to gradually decline another 3 inches through September.

Ron Konieczka, a longtime co-owner, passed away on August 29. Ron was a Violinist with the Cincinnati Symphony for 43 years.

Well, another successful annual owners meeting is behind us. We had 18 units represented -- thanks to those who were able to attend. Minutes from that meeting will be posted online here shortly. As announced in previous posts, we had four board positions open for re-election this year. The results of the vote were announced at the annual meeting -- elected to the two year term 2001-2003 are (in alphabetical order): George Codd, Jerry, Gossett, Bob Holdreith, and Kirk Stevens. The new board met immediately after the annual meeting as is the custom and elected officers for the comming year. The new board officers are: President - Bob Holdreith, VP - Jay Wendt, Treasurer - Kirk Stevens, and Secretary - Bob Adams.

Thanks again to all those able to attend and a special thank you to Phil Masser for all the time and effort he has personally spent on the board and with the association.
